Now, let’s enjoy the thrilling racing atmosphere together! 🏁 [What is the TCR World Tour?] The TCR World Tour is an international motorsport championship that brings together the world’s top touring car teams and drivers to compete on a global stage. All of the drivers race under the same rules and conditions, in a series of fierce battles for the world champion title across various circuits in Asia, Europe, and the America. It showcases the ultimate fusion of strategy, cutting-edge technology, and driver talent, defining what modern touring car racing is all about. With eight rounds in total, the sixth round at the Inje World Touring Car Festival marks the midpoint of the season and a key turning point in the fight for championship rankings. [Hyundai N’s Key Drivers at the TCR World Tour] Since 2017, the BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse team has competed with Hyundai N vehicles, achieving outstanding results in the TCR series and elevating Hyundai N’s reputation on the global motorsport stage. Here are the key drivers representing the team this season. 1. Norbert Michelisz (Entry Number : 105) Winner of WTCR 2019, and TCR World Tour 2023 & 2024, Michelisz is a veteran driver with 17 years of experience since his debut in the World Touring Car Series in 2008. After a slow start to the season, he made a strong comeback with consecutive victories at Monza (Round 3) and Taliem Bend (Round 5), placing him 5th in the current standings. 2. Mikel Azcona (Entry Number : 196) Winner of the 2022 TCR World Tour, Azcona is the youngest driver on the team, born in 1996, bringing energy and ambition to the track. He recently bounced back with a 2nd place finish in Race 1 at Taliem Bend(Round 5) and currently holds 10th place in the current standings. 3. Néstor Girolami (Entry Number : 129) Known for his consistent and steady driving style, Girolami steadily collects points throughout this season.
